The Granary is a detached building adjacent to Lodge House and Lodge Court. It is more recently built and was completed in 2006.
The Granary now benefits from a small extension carried out at the end of 2017 to refurbish the kitchen and add additional toilet space. Like Lodge House and Lodge Court, this building also features a refurbished fitted kitchen with Vivreau Vi tap.
Offices range in size from 286ft² to 416ft² with a total of 3,230ft² available over two floors.
