Stane Park Ltd completes 1st phase of refurbishment of Lodge Park Business Centre
Stane Park Ltd is delighted that 18 months after its acquisition of Lodge Park the first phase of refurbishment of the business centre has been completed to the delight of all tenants.
Following its acquisition in September 2016, Stane Park Ltd has invested in excess of £500,000 to provide new and upgraded facilities to all its business centre tenants. These facilities include a new boardroom with audio visual equipment, two further meetings rooms, four kitchens with integral boiling and chilled water fountains and a complete makeover of both communal and tenanted spaces with LED lighting, new carpets, new furniture and the installation of air conditioning.
